You will be in charge of a team of Loss Prevention Agents that you will train, develop, supervise and work with on a daily basis. You will ensure the understanding and compliance to all Simons policies and procedures related to loss prevention. You approve access to the store for visitors who need to enter private areas of the store. Prior experience in leading a loss prevention team in a retail store environment is a significant asset.
