The Business Analyst will help improve business processes related to IT tools to achieve the organization's objectives in a dynamic, stimulating, and ever-changing environment. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, the incumbent will design functional specifications, ensure smooth testing, and take part in deploying systems and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, document, and analyze the company's business needs.
- Develop solutions, analyze impacts, and make recommendations while considering delivery times.
- Participate in writing and maintaining process and functionality documentation.
- Help maintain the IT teams' communications with sector stakeholders.
- Perform levels 2 and 3 support activities.
- Take part in developing software and solution updates.
- Configure the software required to implement IT solutions based on operational needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Administration (option Organizational Information System [OIS] or Operations Logistics), or a related field.
- At least three years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Good analytical skills and a structured approach.
- Rigour.
- Effective communication skills and great team player.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English and French, both spoken and written.
