HR Coordinator

We're looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the HR Coordinator is a member of the management team on site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with supervisors, managers, and employees as they focus on improving HR processes, policies, and practices. You will also be responsible for reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, recruiting, overseeing new employee onboarding and training, and answering employee questions and requests regarding
HR matters. You may also assist with performance management procedures, coordinate training sessions, and help develop our HR strategy for these stores. We see this as a career-building opportunity and will work to ensure that you are challenged, engaged, and motivated in the role.

We are looking for candidates with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and people that work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills as well as meticulous attention to detail.

We're open to candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds, but experience in human resources management and in the field of fashion retail are signifi cant assets, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.


Candidates must be able to communicate in the official language of the province of the Simons store for which they are applying.
