Reporting to the Shared Services Director, the incumbent participates in large-scale operations management projects by ensuring completion of all steps, from opportunity study development to the final review. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all major project-related activities assigned by management.
  • Develop and communicate project plans and reports, and identify all risks.
  • Plan the timeline, budget, and resources necessary to complete projects.
  • Find innovative solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Analyze internal customers' needs and make recommendations. 

 Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Operations Management, or any other related field.     
  • At least two years of project management experience. 
  • Leadership, great organizational skills, and rigour. 
  • Self-starter with priority management skills. 
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, in order to communicate with store staff located across the country. 
  • Positive attitude at work and a commitment to continuous improvement. 
  • High-level proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
