Key player in the implementation of strategic projects aimed at improving customer service, operational efficiency and supporting operational changes. Works in constant collaboration with IT, stores, operations, finance, unified commerce and other partners to deploy innovative technologies and processes, while ensuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate strategic transformation projects and other major operational initiatives.
  • Ensure the management of the project roadmap, compliance with deadlines, budgets and defined objectives.
  • Analyze and manage risks related to project execution, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure success.
  • Identify and implement continuous business process improvement initiatives to strengthen service excellence, employee experience, and efficiency.
  • Support teams in the transition phase, addressing potential resistance and facilitating buy-in to change.
  • Create communication materials (presentations, newsletters, etc.) and design, organize and lead sessions to share the objectives, progress and benefits of the project with all the teams.
  • Implement performance indicators to monitor project results and measure the impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure regular follow-up with management and stakeholders on progress made, successes, as well as challenges encountered.

Requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or operations management.
  • Experience in retail and/or project management is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Master the fundamentals of business processes and project management.
  • Natural leadership to support teams in times of change and transformation.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, in French and English.
  • Demonstrate versatility, team spirit and agility in coordinating several initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in retail and/or project management (an asset)
