Position Available in Québec City • Head Office • Full-Time

 This position is for a fixed term of 6 months.  

As a member of the Imports team, the selected candidate plays a key role in providing administrative and operational support to the Design Department by ensuring the smooth management of files, overseeing fabric libraries, and supporting the department’s organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the designer-coordinator team in various administrative tasks, including:
    • Preparing required documents for material sourcing.
    • Following up with external suppliers and entering relevant data.
    • Measuring samples and coordinating wash tests.
  • Managing and maintaining the fabric libraries.
  • Preparing Simons’ seasonal palettes.
  • Providing administrative support for special projects.
  • Performing any other related administrative duties in support of the Imports team.

Desired Profile

  • Ability to work independently while being an engaged team member.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable using computers (PC environment) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
