Web Quality Assurance Technician

Under the supervision of the Web Quality Assurance Project Manager, you will play a key role in the validation and improvement of our digital platforms. 

You will develop an in-depth understanding of the transactional web ecosystem to ensure the quality of delivered solutions through structured, rigorous, and methodical testing. This includes identifying issues, communicating with the relevant teams, tracking fixes, and validating solutions — all with the goal of providing our customers with a smooth and reliable experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Strategically plan, develop, and execute functional, user experience, and regression test plans, both on our web platforms and internal tools. 
• Identify, document, and track detected issues until resolution. 
• Validate new features and clearly document observed changes. 
• Develop in-depth knowledge of systems and provide support to related teams. 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, testing tools, and working methods to optimize task execution efficiency. 
• Work closely with developers, graphic designers, and related teams. 

Desired Profile: 

• Hold a college or a diploma in technology or have equivalent experience.
•  Demonstrate an innovative mindset focused on continuous improvement. 
• Have a strong interest in investigation and a sharp, solution-oriented critical sense. 
• Ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks while remaining vigilant to subtle variations or anomalies. 
• Exhibit autonomy and curiosity to go beyond planned scenarios and propose relevant test cases. 
• Communicate easily in both French and English, orally and in writing, to collaborate with our partners. 
• Ability to simplify complex topics with ease. Be open to continuous change and constructive criticism.
