As the Human Resources Director – Buying, Design, and Manufacturing, you will support the product design teams in matters related to buying, design, and manufacturing within a context of growth, innovation, and transformation. You will work in a creative environment characterized by expertise, agility, and the continuous evolution of our practices.
As a true strategic partner to the merchant and their leadership team, you will play a key role in promoting and preserving the organizational culture, managing talent, supporting professional development, and driving continuous improvement of HR practices. Recognized for your ability to collaborate closely with teams and understand their operational realities, you will lead initiatives that have a direct impact on organizational development, performance, and succession planning.

Key Responsabilities:
- Act as a strategic business partner to the buying, design, and manufacturing teams to support growth, talent development, and organizational priorities.
- Contribute to a culture centered on recognition, collaboration, and talent development.
- Design and implement competency-development programs, including succession planning and tailored training pathways.
- Support managers in the performance, engagement, and development of their teams.
- Implement attraction, retention, and development strategies aligned with the fashion sector and business needs.
- Lead change initiatives related to growth and the optimization of HR processes.
- Participate in cross-functional projects with centers of expertise to ensure consistency and organizational alignment.
- Apply an analytical approach to inform HR decisions and propose data-driven solutions.
Desired Profile
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration (human resources option), industrial relations, or a related field.
- Have 15 years of significant experience in human resources management, including roles involving strategic partnership and manager support.
- Demonstrate strong experience in talent management and organizational development.
- Exhibit a compassionate, people-focused leadership style rooted in sustainable performance, excellence, and human balance.
- Thrive in dynamic, creative, and constantly evolving environments.
- Show a strong interest in the fashion industry.
- Possess solid analytical skills and confidence working with HR data.
- Communicate effectively in French and English to collaborate with all organizational stakeholders.
